Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This policy explains what personal information ExtendMart collects through extendmart.com, by email and on our social media accounts, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
extendmart.com is operated by Extend One Inc. ("ExtendMart", "we", "us"), 13475 Atlantic Blvd, Ste 8, Jacksonville, FL 32225. EXTEND LAB is our own brand of precision tools. For any privacy question, email contact@extendmart.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message. To stop repeated or automated submissions, we also keep a coded form of your IP address (not the address itself), used only within a one-hour window.
- Email. When you email contact@extendmart.com, we receive your email address, your name as your email shows it, the subject line and your message.
- Social media. If you comment on or message an ExtendMart account on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok, we see what you send and the profile name the platform shows us.
Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server does not keep visitor access logs, although technical error logs can include an IP address when a request fails.
How we use it
- To read and answer your enquiry or message.
- To recognize spam and prevent abuse of our contact form.
- To handle business relationships you start with us, such as wholesale or partnership enquiries.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Automated tools and AI
We use automated tools to sort incoming email (for example into spam, routine questions, business enquiries and complaints) and to prepare draft replies. When our own rules cannot sort a message, or to prepare a draft, the message may be sent to an AI language model run by a third-party provider, accessed through OpenRouter. At present, a person writes or approves every reply before it is sent; if that changes, we will update this policy first. Contact-form enquiries go to a person for review, and no automatic reply is sent. We do not use automated tools to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run ExtendMart, and only as much as they need:
- Hostinger, which hosts our email.
- The cloud server provider that hosts our website and internal tools.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it connects to, for the email sorting and drafting described above.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ExtendMart, our customers or others.
Amazon, Google and other services
Our "Buy on Amazon" buttons take you to Amazon.com, where purchases are handled under Amazon's own privacy notice. Our links carry Amazon Attribution tags, so Amazon can report to us, in aggregate, how many visits and purchases came from our site. These reports do not identify you.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and product images from Amazon's servers, so your browser sends your IP address and basic browser details to Google and Amazon when a page loads. We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which show us aggregated search statistics that do not identify individual visitors.
Our social media accounts and apps
Where we run ExtendMart accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok, each platform's own privacy policy applies to your use of that platform. We use applications we built for our own use, connected only to ExtendMart's accounts, to publish our posts and to read aggregated statistics such as reach and engagement. These applications do not collect personal information about other people on those platforms, other than comments or messages you choose to send to our accounts, which we use only to respond to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. We delete them sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them. The coded IP information used to limit form submissions is not used after one hour.
How we protect it
Our website is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on our own server in files that only the ExtendMart service account can read, and access to our systems is limited to the people and tools that run ExtendMart. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@extendmart.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We reply within 30 days and may first need to confirm your identity. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
Our servers and service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries, which may have different data protection laws from where you live.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will say so clearly on this page before it takes effect.
